Let me introduce myself. My name is Rashel and I've been reading self-help books for as long as I can remember. In the beginning, I read and listened to books on tape with abandon. I couldn't get enough. Not much has changed. In more recent years, I've tried to actually apply some of the lessons I've learned to my life. You know, actually show up differently with people... choose different responses... be more authentic. I'm still reading... and listening... and showing up. I've decided to blog about it. I welcome you along for the ride. Hopefully along the way we can gain some insight... share some aha moments and in no uncerain terms change the world!
